Jessica Estrada

Jessica is a member of the AIR Education Initiatives team and manages the Earth Grant program, which pairs University of Arizona students interested in the environment with on- and off-campus mentors. She coordinates and supports Earth Grant students and mentors as the internships continue to develop. Jessica works closely with Lexis, the Earth Grant Program Assistant, in co-facilitating the program's leadership development workshops and enhancing interns' professional growth.

Before joining the AIR team, Jessica worked at Living Streets Alliance as the Safe Routes Coordinator and at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona supporting volunteers and families through their mentorship relationships.
