Making Sense of the Drastic Change in U.S. Foreign Assistance

The International Resilience Lab, a program of the Arizona Institute for Resilience, will host Eric G. Postel for a talk and Q&A session on “Making Sense of the Drastic Change in U.S. Foreign Assistance.” Eric G. Postel served as one of the most senior officials at USAID during the Biden and Obama Administrations, most recently serving as Senior Advisor to the USAID Administrator until January 2025. In this talk, Postel will speak to University of Arizona students, faculty, and staff about what is happening at USAID and the implications of the recent changes.

A hybrid option will be provided, though in-person attendance is highly encouraged.
