Victoria Joseph

Program Coordinator, Professional Education

Victoria Joseph coordinates the Master's in Resilience Practice within AIR's professional education programming. She brings over 15 years of experience in education leadership, program management, and nonprofit administration. She has held leadership roles as a school principal, regional program manager, and nonprofit executive, where she led enrollment growth, strengthened community partnerships, and improved student outcomes. 

At The New Victorian School in Haiti, she expanded enrollment threefold and restructured operations for long-term sustainability. She has also managed multi-site after-school programs across the U.S., supporting students, teachers, and families through academic and social-emotional learning initiatives. 

She is recognized for her cross-functional leadership, bringing together expertise in planning, operations, and digital strategy to build strong programs and resilient organizations. Guided by her Haitian and South Florida roots, Victoria is passionate about equity in education and building systems that empower students and families.

In her spare time, Victoria enjoys performing violin, writing children’s stories, exploring coffee culture, and spending time with her family.
